Saturday 28 November 2026
One welcoming day for runners, walkers, clubs, coaches and the quietly curious. Come for useful ideas. Leave with new people to run with.
The Cardiff Running Show brings together the people who make movement feel possible: local clubs, coaches, practitioners, independent businesses and runners at every stage.
No hype. No intimidating trade-show energy. Just practical help, honest conversations and a calm place to find your next step.
Your day, your pace
Dip into a session, ask a question, try something new or simply meet the community. The programme is designed to keep the whole day flowing.
